T.Dining by Hong Kong Tatler Unveils Best Restaurants 2019

 

 

[HONG KONG – 20 November 2018] – T.Dining by Hong Kong Tatler celebrated the 35th anniversary of its T.Dining Best Restaurants guide and the city’s top achievers on the dining scene with its signature Best Restaurants Awards night. The event held at the newly opened Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel and supported by Asia Miles, Laurent Perrier and V-ZUG brought together Hong Kong and Macau’s most esteemed chefs, restaurateurs and industry professionals.

 

The awards ceremony revealed the year’s recipients of the annual dining awards including the inaugural Best New Bar (Critics’ and Readers’ Choice) which went to PDT Hong Kong and The Wise King respectively, as well as the Chef Of The Year award going to Vicky Cheng of VEA. The full 2019 list is also revealed in T.Dining’s Best Restaurant Guide and online.

 

The evening was also a testament to the growing strength of Hong Kong and Macau’s local dining scenes, with the debut of Yi at Morpheus on the Top 20 Best Restaurants list, and veterans Lung King Heen and The Chairman making it back onto the list.

 

The Singapore edition of T.Dining Best Restaurants also took place simultaneously at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore, where the winners of the inaugural Top 20 Best Restaurants awards were announced for the first time in the Lion City.
