Head of Marketing & Audience Development, Asia (Hong Kong)

Seeking an experienced marketing professional who can drive our audience growth across Asia through online and offline activities by developing and executing strategies.
Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic audience development plans and optimize campaigns across print, digital, social media platforms and offline events across the region
  • Develop strategic business partnerships, revenue streams, and cross-promotional opportunities to maximize growth potential across the region
  • Connect with our audience across Asia on a regular basis for product testing & feedback
  • Track and collect data from promotion testing and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Data analysis and recommendations to the other team members
  • Work closely with the editorial, events and commercial teams for implementation and iteration
  • Oversee the creative production process of marketing and sales materials
  • Recommend and implement the use of new technologies that can accelerate business growth


  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Must be experienced in managing SEO, SEM and SMM campaigns
  • Must have experience in marketing and publicity of offline events
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
