Edipresse Media Singapore Launches T.Dining—Singapore Tatler’s New Home For Everything Food And Wine

[SINGAPORE – 23 November 2017] – Over 400 of Singapore’s best chefs, industry elites and food aficionados gathered at the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach for the T.Dining Best Restaurants Awards—an event that jointly launched the new T.Dining brand and the Best Restaurants 2017/18 guide, as well as recognised the industry’s top achievers.

For over three decades, Singapore Tatler has been covering the best of food and wine in the magazine, on the website, as well as in the annual Best Restaurants guide. On 20 November 2017, Edipresse Media Singapore launched T.Dining by Singapore Tatler—a new consolidated platform devoted to providing dining coverage for the discerning. This endeavour builds on the foundation that Singapore Tatler has established since launching the Best Restaurants guide in 1986, and is part of Edipresse Media Asia’s regional push to concentrate on the dining sector.

An event was held to jointly announce the new T. Dining by Singapore Tatler brand, as well as to unveil the Best Restaurants 2017/18 list and crown the year’s awardees. Three new award categories were introduced this year—Best Interior Design, Local Champion and Restaurant of the Year.

T.Dining by Singapore Tatler covers the city’s dynamic food scene and offers an insider look at the global culinary landscape, food and wine trends and the best gourmet experiences. It aims to showcase the best of gastronomy in a single serving—whether it is on print, online or through curated events.

The maiden issue of T.Dining by Singapore Tatler sees the annual Best Restaurants guide subsumed into the publication. The magazine also includes compelling features such as conversations with award-winning chefs Dan Hunter and Julien Royer, a stunning editorial spread focused on fermentation, as well as culinary-focused travel stories that take readers to Georgia, Portugal and South Africa.
