Personal Assistant and Office Administrator

Secretarial support to CEO & CCO and office administration support

  • Provide full range of secretarial supports to CEO & CCO, including but not limited to diary management, scheduling meetings, prepare agendas, compile minutes of meeting accurately and travel arrangement
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Handle official expenditures and claims in a timely manner
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Handle all company travel and hotel arrangement.
  • Keep and maintain an updated record of corporate gifts and wines
  • Manage the printing arrangement for the company’s stationery and business cards
  • Back up Receptionist at lunch time and on leave when required
  • Office administration support
  • Ad-hoc assignments when work justified.
